2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

• Local Delivery (Within Calgary): Delivery typically takes up to 2 hours after processing, depending on your location.
• Regional Delivery (Surrounding Areas): Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
• National Delivery (Outside Calgary): Delivery may take 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately, and modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Orders

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.
• Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), we are unable to accept returns.
• Please double-check your order details before confirming to avoid any issues.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at bdlw@myyahoo.com. Provide photographic evidence of damages, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. Delivery Restrictions

• All orders are subject to local and provincial laws governing the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
• You must be of legal drinking age in your province or territory to place an order.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that do not comply with legal regulations or delivery restrictions.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. No refunds will be issued for refused or undeliverable packages due to incorrect information.
